Technical Constraints, Plan Limits, and Fair Usage Policy
Appendix: Technical Constraints, Plan Limits, and Fair Usage Policy
Pricing Plans
-
Systems that are not permitted to be added within a specific plan cannot be activated unless upgraded to a higher-tier plan.
-
When upgrading to a higher plan during an active subscription period, the net unconsumed value of the current subscription is calculated as a credit balance deducted from the new plan's cost, according to the First Party's approved calculation mechanism on the upgrade date. Upgrading does not result in a cash refund for any price differences unless explicitly stated otherwise.
POS System (Point of Sale)
-
The POS system includes a limited number of terminals depending on the plan; additional fees apply for each extra POS terminal.
-
The POS system operates via a web interface. During offline periods, it may rely on local browser or device storage for certain temporary functions. Consequently, clearing browser data, using incognito or guest modes, running cleaner software, or applying settings that erase local memory may result in the loss of data not yet transmitted to the server. The Second Party is responsible for adhering to the usage environment recommended by the First Party.
-
The POS relies on a utility program that must be installed on the computer to activate automatic saving and posting, ensuring seamless operation during internet outages or disconnection from the main Trevo server.
-
Each POS terminal is linked to one cash register only.
-
For every user logging into a POS terminal, sales values are linked to the POS register, not the user's register (the user's register is exclusive to accounting and the main application).
-
Upon logging into a POS terminal for the first time, a cash drawer float (custody) is opened for that terminal, and its sales are linked to its specific cash register and float.
-
A single user cannot log into multiple POS terminals simultaneously.
-
Multiple users can log into a single POS terminal simultaneously. In this case, all actions are recorded under the respective user who executed them, while all financial transactions for all users are recorded under the terminal's float and register.
-
A single user cannot use the main system and operate a POS terminal at the same time, as this is considered a concurrent login on a single system.
-
A permission setting is available to prevent multiple users from accessing the same POS terminal if a session is already open by another user. (This permission can be granted to a manager, for instance, allowing them to log in to perform actions restricted from regular users, such as discounts).
-
The POS system requires the installation of a provided system tool to enable the offline operation feature and synchronization upon reconnection. Without this tool, offline POS operation is not possible.
-
Using web browsers in guest mode is prohibited when operating the Trevo system or Trevo POS, as it disables essential features.
Sales Representatives
-
The Sales Representative system consists of two applications: one operates offline, and the other operates exclusively online.
-
The offline application has limited features, and not all requested suggestions or modifications can be applied to it.
-
The application is accessed only by standard users; there are no application-specific users.
-
Multiple users are prohibited from logging into the same application device simultaneously.
-
For operational, security, or licensing reasons, the First Party reserves the right to restrict the use of certain applications or features to a specific number of devices per user, or to disallow simultaneous logins by the same user on multiple devices, depending on the nature of the application and the subscribed plan.
-
Each device is identified for each application by the username.
API Service Usage Limits
-
The API service is subject to monthly and daily usage limits based on the client's approved plan. Usage is calculated based on the number of requests sent to the system or according to the API usage unit mechanism adopted by the company.
-
If the client reaches a high percentage of the permitted limit, the system may send alerts to the client or responsible administrators. In the event the limit is exceeded, the company reserves the right to temporarily suspend additional requests, reduce response rates (throttling), request a plan upgrade, or charge additional fees based on the approved package.
-
The permitted limit does not cover excessive automated usage, unnecessary redundant requests, mass data scraping attempts, or using the API in a manner that impacts system performance or other clients.
-
The company reserves the right to modify API limits, their calculation mechanisms, or fair usage rules. Clients will be notified of material changes within a reasonable period before implementation, unless the modification is immediately necessary for security reasons or to protect service stability.
-
Prices and limits are outlined in the declared plans and pricing on the official Trevo website and are subject to modification according to company policy and the contracted plan. Limits or prices may vary if there is a special written agreement with the client.
Usage Restrictions
-
Storage space for databases, attachments, backups, and retention limits are subject to the subscribed plan, the financial offer, or the approved pricing page. No space is considered unlimited unless explicitly stated in a special offer or appendix issued by the First Party.
-
Attachment space is limited in certain plans and encompasses all systems, including the e-commerce store.
-
Trevo Agent (Trivvo Agent) requires no operating fees and is considered one of Trevo's free systems; however, it requires an active API system plan.
-
The HR system requires an activation fee in some plans, but it does not require per-employee billing.
-
The Kiosk system requires an activation fee in some plans and always requires an active API system plan.
-
The Trevo Forms system requires an activation fee in some plans, with fees based on the number of forms permitted to be created.
-
The e-commerce store and website include the use of all available templates. The plan price is associated with the server specifications, including attachment size, database size, and website traffic. If fair usage is exceeded, the client will be directed to a plan that suits their usage volume to avoid service interruption.
-
All Trevo plans feature a standard hosting plan that includes integrated cloud hosting on Amazon AWS – Frankfurt servers, with automated and secure backups stored in two separate locations outside the main hosting center to guarantee the highest level of security and continuity.
-
Technical resources and usage limits vary by plan, encompassing attachment space, databases, and usage capacity. Higher-tier dedicated plans and environments are available for enterprises and large businesses as needed.
-
All pricing plans announced by the company are subject to a plan-specific hosting environment, where all users on the same plan run on servers with specific technical specifications tailored to the plan's requirements. This hosting is subject to the company's approved fair usage policy.
-
If server specifications or fair usage limits for the client's subscribed plan prove unsuitable for their data volume, usage rate, number of users, or any other reasons impacting system performance or speed, the client has the right to upgrade to a higher plan (if available) and pay the resulting financial difference, or request private hosting with custom specifications for agreed-upon additional costs.
-
Unless explicitly agreed upon for private hosting or dedicated resources, hosting resources in standard plans reside within a managed shared cloud environment governed by plan limits and the fair usage policy.
-
The size and format of attachments allowed to be uploaded to the Trevo instance are limited. To increase this capacity, the Second Party commits to paying any costs requested by the First Party, as announced in the pricing plans published on the First Party's official website.
-
Trevo, its operators, and/or its administrators bear no liability for any product malfunction or data entry errors resulting from incorrect product usage, tampering, sabotage, deletion, viruses, unstable or interrupted power supply, computer hardware failures, hardware incompatibility with the product, violation of vital operating instructions contained within the product, formatting, or system restoration.
-
Certain systems are subject to usage constraints that the Second Party must note when paying the required fees for their use. The First Party is not responsible for the Second Party's unawareness of these terms, which may lead to loss or disruption of the Second Party's operations, noting that usage constraints and all system-related information are published on the First Party's official website.
-
Communication channels in Trevo are available for linking the client's computer to the system. Trevo does not provide channel linking or balance recharge services. The communication channels service does not include Trevo Box or any attachments that may be saved in the system due to utilizing these channels.
-
All special conditions are explicitly detailed in designated payment and purchase areas or on the official Trevo website.
-
Systems that are not permitted to be added within a plan cannot be activated unless upgraded to a higher plan and the required upgrade fee is paid.
-
The Electronic Pricing System requires at least one user, and this user operates exclusively on the pricing system.
